1. Our Return Philosophy
Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, especially fresh fruits and vegetables, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy. We want to make sure genuine concerns are addressed while preventing any misuse of the policy.
2. What Can Be Returned?
We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
- Product is damaged, spoiled, or contaminated
- Wrong item delivered
- Item is missing from the order
- Product is expired at the time of delivery (for packaged or dry items only)
3. What Cannot Be Returned?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Perishable items like vegetables or fruits returned due to personal dislike, change of mind, or taste preferences
- Products that were delivered in good condition but later spoiled due to improper storage by the customer
- Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery
- Opened, used, or tampered products (especially dry fruits)
4. Return Request Procedure
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item:
- Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery
- Attach clear photos or video proof showing the issue (product, packaging, invoice)
- Mention your order number and delivery date
- State whether you prefer a refund or replacement

5. Refund Process
Once your return/refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer)
- Refund processing time: 5β7 business days
- Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit or coupon for future use
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the claim is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or made outside the return window.
6. Replacement Policy
If you are eligible for a replacement:
- A fresh item will be sent to your address at no extra cost
- If the same item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an equivalent substitute
- Delivery for replacement usually takes 1β3 working days, depending on location
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel an order, call or WhatsApp us immediately with your order ID.
8. Delivery Refusal or Missed Deliveries
If you refuse to accept the delivery without valid reason, or are unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.
